INCINERATION OF NEGATIVE FORCES

INCINERATION OF NEGATIVE FORCES
Very many years back, the people who practiced occult sciences tried to misuse their power to disturb and shake off the world community. At that time Mother Aurobindo with all her divine affection confronted them directly and through her noble affection alone, reformed them, put them on the right track and made them work for constructive purposes and saved the society from further peril.

At that time, certain occultists had particular spiritual bodies in their control. These occultists were in Central East Asia, particularly in Egypt. The leader of these occultists was an expert in the field of occult sciences . While he started his career for the welfare of the people ,he became slowly very ambitious and egoistic. As time passed he misused his skills and knowledge to suppress all and made his writ run in many countries. His power was such that if he just looks at a tall palm tree and utter 'fall', the full tree will get uprooted and fall down. When he looks at the earth all the things underneath the earth were visible to him.

Even at the tender age, Mother Aurobindo was a child Yogi. All the suppressed kings approached the divine child mother Aurobindo. The mother looked at the occultist penetratingly for a few seconds. Then suddenly he lost consciousness, fell down and went into a coma. All the ill treatment he meted out to everybody started appearing in his mental screen. Realizing the enormous harm he had done to thousands of people, he started crying uncontrollably, prostrated himself at the divine feet of the child and sought pardon.

In India, it is customary that the cow should be milked only after allowing the calf to feed first. In other countries, this practice was not followed for fear of reduction in the yield of milk if the calf is allowed to feed first. It was the Divine Mother who proved that actually the yield increases from the hormone glands if the calf is fed first. Such was her love, from the infancy, towards all animals and vegetation.

MOTHER AUROBINDO - THE SPIRITUAL TREE

MOTHER AUROBINDO - THE SPIRITUAL TREE
Even though she was born in a different country, she made all to realise that the spiritual mother land for all living things is India.

The cosmos has unimaginable millions of worlds. In this world where we live, India shines as a divine motherland. Realizing this as well as that her Guru is Yogi Aurobindo, she blossomed as a spiritual flower in the holy garden of Yogi Aurobindo in Pondicherry. This flower ripened to a huge divine tree perpetually emanating the rays of eternal light, called the Jyothi , in the temple of Yogi Aurobindo .

The literal meaning of ‘aravindh’ ( the root word for Aurobindo ) is divine fragrance. Another meaning is the flower, the divine lotus. Mother Aurobindo absorbed the divine fragrance from all the five elements of nature (the sky, air, fire, water and earth), from which this world is made and transmitted the potent and latent energy of these elements through her eyes to the required levels for all her desciples. The disproportion in the energy levels in any being ,results in sickness- both physical and mental . When she was present amongst us , in all her simplicity , she was transmitting through her eyes a rare yogic energy to thousands of people everyday. Hence such divine messengers are worshipped as 'Walking Gods'.

It is a blessing to experience within oneself the divinity , even when we are alive from amongst the five basic natural elements mentioned above. Mother Aurobindo had this very holy spiritual status.

AROUND THE WORLD IN SEARCH OF GURU

AROUND THE WORLD IN SEARCH OF GURU
The divine child MIRA was born in France. She traveled to India in search of her Guru, Yogi Aurobindo. She then adopted the name of her Guru as her own to become the world famous Mother Aurobindo - the Mother.

LAND OF HAMSADHWANI

LAND OF HAMSADHWANI
Mother Aurobindo originated as a divine messenger from the divine land called HAMSADHWANI . Loosely translated, this word means ‘sound of swans’. Swan is a divine bird capable of drinking only the milk from the mixture of milk and water. This feat is not possible by any other being or scientific instrument. Similarly, the divine messengers from the Hamsadhwani land, absorbs the exclusive divine sound decibels and the divine rays of light ; they offer what they have absorbed for the betterment of all living things without any discrimination of geographical area, language, religion etc. To acquire this power of assimilation of the divine sounds and light rays for the dissemination to all from the smallest creature such as amoeba, vegetation , animals, birds and human beings ; it requires a tremendous amount of penance and self restraint foregoing food, sleep etc for a long ,long time.

Mother Aurobindo is one such yogi capable of imparting the divine grace to one and all. Mother Aurobindo had in her eyes enormous powers of Yoga. Persons with such powers need not utter even a single word. When they look at people who had come to pay their obeisance, there is a flow a mercy and blessings from the eyes to the needy worshippers. Not only that, the powers in their eyes can dissolve the problems of the people and the society as well. But the simplicity in their life style usually belies the tremendous power they otherwise possess and their stupendous capability of imparting the same to others in an instant . Such is the power of a Yogi that it can make a roaring and charging lion stand still on its tracks and even make it kneel down! Mother Aurobindo was capable of conversing with king cobra in its own language and that too affectionately!

The place of rest for her mortal remains overflows with an eternal light to all the worshippers even to day and for ever. Even the contemporary sages. saints and Yogis glorify Mother Aurobindo as one beyond all their spiritual stages. Her Grace is beyond religion, caste, creed ; it is not confined only to this world; Her Grace showers on celestial beings, animal kingdom, vegetation and unto all that are animate and inanimate.

We should understand that even the articles which we usually understand as inanimate, have lives of their own. These include the crockery, cutlery and the vessels used for preparations and serving of food. The careless handling of these results in breakage and unsavory noises. Such things foretell the arguments and strained relationships in the household. It will be surprising to us to know that Mother Aurobindo used to listen to the grievances of these vessels . Therefore, the Mother has always advised against careless handling of cooking vessels. Many ladies are not aware of this. During cooking or other household chores, a pleasant and diving music or religious recitals will purify the ambience within the house. In contrast loud noises of the vessels or television will indicate the omen of the ensuing restlessness, arguments among the household members.

THE MOTHER AS YOGINI

THE MOTHER AS YOGINI
The word Siddha denotes the person who is a direct messenger from the Almighty. None can find out their origin; we do not comprehend fully their ways of life; but their teachings and deeds will have such a profound depth, it is better to place all our faith at their feet and follow their directives without entertaining an iota of doubt in our minds about them or their ways of life. They are also beyond any analysis ,scientific or otherwise. But their only mission is to give solution to the miseries and salvation to the seekers.

These Divine Messengers are variously described as Yogi, Siddha, Saint, Sage or Enlightened Soul (Gyani). They all descend from different divine worlds with different missions. The mother was a divine light, capable of converting negative deeds to positive, bestowing grace even on those who miserably lack faith and unshackling people from their severe Karmic miseries and agonies. She is praised even by other Siddhas as an eternal flame to enlighten all those groping in the dark alley of life not knowing the right path out.

INTRODUCTION

INTRODUCTION
We should understand the divine connection between Yogi Aurobindo and Mother Aurobindo. Yogi Aurobindo is the divine teacher and Mother Aurobindo is the holy disciple of Guru Aurobindo. After shining as a pristine disciple of Guru Aurobindo, she became popular as mother Aurobindo. It is a divine blessing that the human kind got from the association of the two greatest yogis of the time.

The mortal remains of Mother Aurobindo have been kept near that of Yogi Aurobindo in Pondicherry, South India. Such is the holiness of the place that it has become an eternal fountain of grace to bless one and all, who with an attitude of total surrender and unflinching faith can immerse themselves in the ever flowing grace of eternal blessing. During the current phase, in the movement of the great wheel of time, majority of people will be significantly materialistic with minimal or non-existent spiritual attitude. This phase is called Kaliyug. The Almighty , now and then send a representative who is usually described as YOGI or SAINT to give solace to the seekers. Such representatives do appear anywhere in the world in any community speaking any language. But their mission is to live in consonance with nature and guide the people towards inner realisation. Without such guide, the spiritual progress to the desired level is not possible for any person. Mother Aurobindo is one such spiritual guide with an ever flowing grace, understanding and smile, showing the right path forever to all those who seek her blessings

Nagalingam flower
Cannon ball tree or `Nagalingam' is a rare but remarkable tree that grows up to six feet in girth and 50' in height. The trunk is smooth but lumpy and greyish brown in colour. The trunk is straight; the branches are short and horizontal tending to be whorled.
The trunk is covered from near the foot to a good height by flower stalks. These short and green stalks covered with flowers keep growing and hang down, bearing flowers only on the tips. The leaves grow in circular clusters at the end of the branchlets. The petiole is about an inch long and hairy.
The blade is oblongor-ovate growing to about 10" x 3" and is slightly pointed. The veins are numerous, well marked and outlined in dark green. The flower is beautiful and fancifully designed in a strange way. The inflorescence is a raceme bearing numerous flowers. The pedical is an inch in length and bears two small brots near the apex. The bud is circular, depressed, 1-1/2" in diameter and lightly covered by the overlapping petals. The green calyx has six small lobes, which are closely attached to the petals. The new leaves are light green, pleasing to the eye.
A remarkably striking tree with long woody racemes of about 5' long is loaded with large pink and white fleshy curious flowers along the trunk from the base upwards. Flowers are curiously shaped, giving the impression of a `Shivalingam' covered by the snake's hood, in form of fused stamens surrounded by the fleshy pink petals and sepals.
The tree is often planted in parks, gardens or on roadside. Propagation happens by seeds. The large brown fruit attains the size of a cannon ball, containing a mass of very sour and brownish pulp. They emit an unpleasant smell when ripe. Couroupita is the native of tropical America
